All items shipping within the US are offered a FLAT RATE SHIPPING PRICE. Either USPS FIRST CLASS or USPS PRIORITY. These services includes a Tracking Number which you will receive once item ships. It is highly recommended to add insurance to items valued over $100. Insurance is now added as an additional shipping cost at checkout. You have the option to opt out of this additional fee/feature if you would like. Raebird is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen in transit.

Shipping Time:

All items listed as READY TO SHIP will ship within 1-3 business days. MADE TO ORDER items will ship within the time frame described in the listing which is typically between 2-4 weeks.

Packaging:

Raebird strives to use eco-conscious shipping products. All items come in either a recycled padded mailer or a cardboard box. Your jewelry comes ready to gift in a keepsake cloth bag and most items come with a complimentary silver polishing cloth. Please reuse and recycle your unwanted packaging.
